Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art of controlling a resisting opponent that forces him to submit. Due to the fact that control is generally easier on the ground than in a standing position, much of the technique we teach in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is centered around the " GUARD " position and to work dominant control positions from where the opponent can be rendered harmless.
To control and overcome greater size, strength and aggression with lesser size and strength is the keynote of the sport. This is done by utilizing superior leverage, grip and position upon your opponent. Students of the sport gain a deep understanding of the workings and limits of the human body.

Basic Kickboxing Class
 
This class is a combination of cardio, boxing, kickboxing and other marital arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Kickboxing Class
 
We incorporate the use of striking (punches and elbows), kicking (kicks and knees) in various martial arts such as Muay Thai, Goju Karate, Tae Kwon Do, boxing, and MMA conditioning. 

Kickboxing Circuit Training

This is a full body strength & conditioning, resistance training using high-intensity boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and aerobics.  It targets strength building and muscular endurance.  An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.  When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit.  Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.  Our blend of Circuit Training burn up to 1500 calories per workout.
 
Strength & Conditioning Class
 
Designed to challenge your limits and shape your entire body to a new “YOU.”  A combination of various exercises using Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Pylometric Boxes, Jungle Gym Suspension Training, Power Wheels, Battle Ropes, Resistance Bands, and Medicine Balls for a complete full body Strength, Conditioning & Cardio Training.
